Annual Banquet & Rules Meeting


   

In January or February of each year we hold our Annual Banquet and Rules Meeting.

Annual Awards Banquet: During the awards banquet will recognize those that have performed well in the previous year and those that have helped to make the series a success. Drivers who place 1st, 2nd, or 3rd in a given class are issued a season plaque with their name and class engraved. Drivers who place 1st in class are also given two hillclimb champion t-shirts. We also recognize the Worker of the Year and issue the Spirit of Hillclimbing award. There are also a number of driver awarded trophies.

Rules Meeting : The rules portion of the meeting is to discuss and vote on proposals for the next hillclimb season. In general, rules are submitted in advance of the meeting, posted to the NEHA website, discussed on the NEHA e-mail list, and then we discuss and vote at the rules meeting. You must be present and a member of the KSCC, SCCNH or SCCV to vote. The rules portion of the meeting is normally held before the banquet.
